The Talent 409 Leadership Academy operates best through word-of-mouth. No matter who you are, if YOU refer us to a team or person that we do work with, then you’ll get paid for every referral and for helping us grow our business. It’s as simple as that. We primarily work with women in sports at the high school and collegiate level, but are open to referrals for teams and people in other industries.

Ambassadors love what we do and they want others to know about us. Whether it be word-of-mouth or sharing something from our website, our Ambassadors know how to get people excited about the Talent 409 Leadership Academy.
