Tier 2: 60-minute call 1x per week ($75 per session)
tier 3: 60-minute call 1x per week, plus 1 extra call every other week ($120 for every 2 sessions)

We work to build a foundation of Dynamic Leadership using the 7 Pillars and evaluate where players stand for each competency. Then we work to build their skills, working with their strengths and working through challenges on the way to fully Discovering Their Talent Altitudes!

Often times as a leader you will be tasked with communicating to someone and not have much time, if any, to prepare your thoughts, words, and actions.
By taking a low-key and practical approach to your communication style, you will allow yourself to think critically without your emotions getting in the way. What you say needs to make sense.
So take your time with your words, be concise, don’t let emotion block the actual message you want to portray, and never go into a conversation with the belief you are the smartest person in the room.
Emotional Intelligence
A leader must be self-aware, have empathy and be able to understand other people on a deeper level.
If you have the ability to use emotional intelligence as a leader then you will be able to build a foundation that allows all of your other attributes to shine.
